Headquartered in Vancouver, BC with a satellite office in Winnipeg, MB, The BH Consulting Group was founded on April 1, 2016 by Bryan Hack. Bryan brings 16 years of industry experience and business relationships into the Group. Under Bryan’s leadership, the team of like-minded business professionals collaborate to provide expert, innovative, and professional services, enabling clients to achieve all their business and technology objectives.

The BH Consulting Group Team is dynamic and results oriented, with a combined 70+ years of experience overall. Each team members bring their own experiences and knowledge to provide a very customer focused service. Bryan Hack, CPA, CMA

Founder and Principal

Bryan is the founder of The BH Consulting Group Ltd. and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) with over 18 years of consulting experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems implementations with his main area of expertise being Microsoft Dynamics GP. His main focus around ERP systems is in Finance, Distribution, Supply Chain and Financial Reporting. He has experience with procurement systems, corporate performance management (CPM), Business Intelligence (BI), and Travel & Expense applications. He has also worked with point-of-sale (POS), bill of materials (BOM), and production systems.

Bryan received his education through the Certificated Management Accounts of BC (CMABC) and from BCIT where he received his Diploma of Technology. He leverages his experience and education to deliver excellence through his consulting services in all phases of an implementation.

Brenda McDougall, PMP, CNE    Consultant   Brenda is a resourceful, versatile and creative information technology and project management consultant with 20+ years’ management experience augmenting a 30+ year career in the technology field including strategic planning, project, change and people management, enterprise implementations, telephony and other systems implementations. Brenda holds her Project Management Professional certification along with her Prosci© change management certificate. Brenda is capable of critically evaluating diverse information technology issues to help clients be successful in completing projects effectively. Brenda is also an articulate communicator with the ability to convey technical concepts in user-friendly terms to all levels of personnel. Brenda’s extensive career spans some of the following vertical markets: construction/manufacturing, legal, not-for-profit/charity, managed service providers and utilities. Some of her key skills are enterprise-level project management, remote teams’ leadership, systems implementations, network and infrastructure planning, vendor management, and risk management. Octavia Yung, MBA    Consultant   Octavia is a technology Lego builder who holds an MBA with 15 years of professional experience. She is skilled at business analysis and business process improvement in various industries. She also have the unique ability to speak business and technical language to shape business processes and technologies into effective solutions for public, unionized and private organizations.  She fosters rewarding work relationships by putting the clients first to help them meet business vision and goals.
