I am Larry, and my goal is to leverage my 50 years+ experience working in various accounting and ERP environments in junior then senior management roles to help customers improve their businesses to achieve their maximum potential as they navigate through this new era of digital transformation.
Specializing in BPI (Business Process Improvements), SYSPRO ERP Software sales, implementation, and training, I have helped many small and medium-size companies achieve their ERP potential. Additionally, over the years I have helped them to extend the value of their core ERP systems by providing purpose-written Value Add 3 rd party solutions such as Electronic Filing, Bar Coding, Advanced Factory Management, Warehouse, EDI, Quality Management, Shipping local and cross border, CRM, Budgeting, Data automation, and AI executive reporting systems when needed. This has led to many enduring relationships with customers and vendors alike, some extending back over 28 years.
With an eye on continuous improvement of systems, I am able to interpret customer needs into
meaningful action whether it is to eliminate duplication of effort and data silos, provide custom
developed reports or programs.
My work experiences have always been in hands-on situations be it behind the desk in a Financial
Management role or behind a computer in an ERP implementation role. I have served on Executive
Management teams over the years and run my own ERP Dealership or held a Partnership or Senior
Management role in others.

Most memorable project and why:
I was the Account Manager and managed a Team of software Specialists performing a large 18-month software upgrade for a multinational manufacturer of roofing products with factories in Canada, the USA, and other countries around the world. The goal was Business Process Improvement and the introduction of various Value Add Solutions to the upgraded core ERP to provide for a reliable foundation of management reporting as the company had grown rapidly over the years and had deployed disparate systems. The outcome was a successful upgrade resulting in a more reliable output of Management data which resulted in the successful sale of the business to a public company.

Paw Patrol, Spiderman, and Sesame Street characters because they keep my grandchildren happy.
